Need help on the pink-haired one sitting between Shikinami and Mutsu in the group shot, though; I think it's Nenohi but I can't tell.

Edit: Would appreciate someone checking it over; there's probably some character tags I missed too, with how many there are.

Group shot looks to me like this:
Standing (from left): Ikazuchi, Shiratsuyu, Kuma, Tama, Haguro, Atago, Junyou, Kongou, Haruna, Houshou, Tenryuu (with Yukikaze on her back), Hatsuyuki, Fubuki, and Inazuma

Sitting (from left): Suzukase, Ayanami, Shikinami, Nenohi, Sazanami, Hiei, Kirishima, Hibiki, (Hatsuyuki), and Samidare.

I don't know who the bird is supposed to represent, if anyone.
