    The wiki pages for these tags do not explicitly state that, though. The tagging note on the newhalf page does specify to use only the futanari tag if unsure of the presence or absence of female genitals (and it is unclear from this image whether Meyumi has those parts) but goes on to make an exception to Tag-What-You-See in cases where other information is available. post #1611340 does show a clear lack of vulva, so newhalf probably is the correct tag for this character until there is further evidence to the contrary.

    It's arguable that the statement on the newhalf page that all dickgirls are futa until proven newhalf implies such a mutual exclusion, but having explicit clarity in the wiki would help in a lot of similar cases (assuming users would actually read it). I'm pretty sure this issue has been relatively heavily discussed in the forums. Is there a forum post that makes such an explicit statement that might support adding it to the wiki?
