Are they really male, though? For all we know, their species doesn't even HAVE gender. Or it could have twelve.

In any case, its probably pedophilia on Meta-Knight's part if the anime is right about Kirby being a baby.

That's only in the anime though. The anime isn't really canon to the games and I don't really think Kirby's a baby in those. Young and Naive yeah, but not a baby. And we have no idea how old or young Meta Knight is in the games either.

Not that it entirely matters. Meta Knight doesn't strike me as the type to be the one hiding his face, but then Kirby wouldn't have worked for that role either, and the fact that it's MK doing it makes it funny so it's fine. XD

Of course Meta-Knight is the type to hide his face, that's the reason he's wearing the mask in the first place.
