Those tiny rectangles are all joke censors and rebellions against censorship. This one's just blatant about it.

Well i mean, why do people censor their hentai anyways? I mean personally, it's already 18+ so why censor it in the first place?

Because in Japan you have to. For most everywhere else, it's just to incentivise visiting whatever paywall site they use.
