Thus, much like flagging, one may downvote a comic when it's poorly drawn, poorly executed (incoherent, unfunny), poorly presented (poor scan quality, artifacted, lowres), or off-topic.
Obviously this comic is none of this and the reason it was downvoted lies elsewhere:

• Do not downvote a comic because you're opposed to doujinshi uploading. This is an open debate that belongs to the forums.

And more importantly:

• Do not downvote a comic because the author is contradicting your views.

More specifically here, you don't downvote a comic because the Gensoukyou it depicts is "wrong".
This is irrelevant to quality and topic, and it's not the first time it happens with Zounose.

If you're dead set on missing the point and dying to let your anger known, you can make a constructive comment.
However if the author suceeded at making you feel so strongly about their work, you might want to consider it deserving of an upvote instead.

I'm pretty sure someone's been carpet-downvoting doujinshi since few months ago: doujinshi score:<0.

I don't think scores really matters for comics like these. As long as it's not deleted and people can read it, then it's enough. No need to have all of them upvoted. But okay, not like it'll hurt.

To be honest, I'm not really sure why people were calling this doujin 'grimdark.' I mean, yes, obviously it's got a creepy aspect to it, but overall it seems pretty funny and cute to me.

Some people don't like the ideas of cute little girls eating humans. It had bit of a serious undertone which most try to ignore, but lore is just part of the fun of touhou.

Is there a way to upvote a pool as a whole? And I'm kinda curious what everyone's favorite touhou fancomics are. A scoring system would make something like that easy to find, but I think I understand it's just not what this website does or something like that.
