It's a somewhat silly pun that the Japanese sometimes make. It comes from the fact that the pronunciations of 大 and "die" as well as です and "death" are the same in Japanese. Other examples include Die妖精 for a mad Daiyousei or DEATHよねー (desu yo nee) for death flags and so forth. In this picture, 大豆 (daizu)　became die豆, so "soy beans" (lit. "big beans") became "die beans," appropriate to the Overkill pool.
