I don't think I can see what's going on...she has a string in her mouth with a...weight tied to it? Is that supposed to hurt? How does the string catch on fire?

I would assume she's holding it with her teeth and/or tongue so that if she opens her mouth to scream from her burning thighs and genitals, the fuse lights.

Hmm...I guess that makes sense...but the next picture shows her lips bleeding. I'm thinking it slices into her lip, then the pain grows to much and she lets go?

If you look closely enough her lip is curled in in that image; I'd assume she's biting her lip trying not to open her mouth.
