As I recall, spoiler tags are fine on posts also tagged spoilers.

Isn't the spoiler tag for, "a picture shows a spoiling element to a show or comic which may ruin the story for some"? This could just be a regular check up. I removed the

Yes, the tag you removed was unnecessary, since there's nothing clearly visible in the image that tells you that the tag is needed.

Though the reason you gave earlier for removing it ("because it's a spoiler") is not a valid reason for removing a tag. The only reason that tag should be removed is because it's unwarranted on this post.

I don't know anything about this copyright, which is why I kept my statement short and didn't re-add the tag myself.
