Need somebody to guess what the second line on the poster is (something ending with "mir"?). Also, I'm not sure if svet is supposed to mean "light" or "world" here, due to the lack of context, but the latter does make a little more sense.

Ending with "mir" it's "world" russian word "мир". Red star on blue background, I think not "Вся" correct, and "Весь" it's correctly.
"Весь наш свет" / "All our world"
