There are curtains right behind Nitori, and no one would have windows on adjacent walls.
It's a picture.
Doesn't lessen the WTF.

The first thing I thought of was osatou_(character), but I guess the eyes aren't right...

Unless their room was in the corner of the house/building. Though, even then, they wouldn't normally both be right in the corner like that.

I believe that Nitori is staying in one of the rooms at Eientei, so the artwork to her left, our right, fits the location...
