This isn't really her duplicating herself, it's just showing different appearances Mamizou's had over the course of the series. From left to right:

- Mamizou disguised as Reimu during her spellcard "Transformation: Pseudo-Exorcism of the Stupid Shrine Maiden" in Ten Desires
- Mamizou as she appears in Forbidden Scrollery
- Mamizou as she appears in her debut in Ten Desires
- Mamizou as she appears in Hopeless Masquerade

As the comment above me mentions, she is able to make copies of herself, but this fanart doesn't have anything to do with that.
