Hong Meiling and ice fairy Cirno from Touhou Project game series.
Although they are unhumans and they are able to unleash massive volleys of magic powers, they prefer to use old reliable snowballs instead.
I've tried to find convenient way to draw the trees covered by snow, but I failed. Maybe I can draw them better next time.
