Ooooh a new character? So far the cast has been either generally the same or completely redesigned from head to toe, so it's cool to see new characters too.

I'd say the design is "wacky like Skull Girls" but I believe I said a few of the Skull Girls characters were "wacky like Guilty Gear" back when SG was new. So it comes full circle, I guess LOL.

No fighting game is crazier than Guilty Gear in the design department.

I'd say he is related to Faust. Remember that kid that "died" during his operation? Not to mention that some organization was doing it on purpose.
