Given that none of this rash of "genderswap" tags have character or copyright tags, how do you know they are "genderswapped"?

If you go to the site, it seems the blushing girl is an original character a story written by the author, and she used to be a guy. At least that's what I can discern without trying to translate anything, and I don't think it'd be worth the effort.
