We have Tokyo Snack in Thailand which is, surprise surprise, a Thai invention. There's also the American Fried Rice, which doesn't exist in America until a Thai chef made it.

Definitely Genghis Khan. I had it (along with an Yebisu stout) when I was in Sapporo last year, and it was really good.
