Gorebyss may not be able to learn Shell Smash, but Clamperl can. Gorebyss is a well-known Shell Smash abuser in NU.

No it can't. It can have it, but IT can't learn it. Clamperl has to learn it and then Gorebyss keeps it. At least that's how Bulbapedia lists it.

Her whole thing is trading security (socially) for huge power. Shell Smash drops your defense but gives you a ton of stat bonuses. It's kind of a clever connection I guess.

Except for Simisage all of them can learn Swords Dance. And three of them are able to learn Mind's Eye.

Also she exposes her body if she uses her Kamui, just like the Pokémon expose themselves if they use Shell Smash.
