Today, November 21st, is the anniversary of battleship Kongou's sinking in the Formosa Strait. (Drawn in 40 minutes.)The "Hiroshima Port Dream Fireworks Festival" in July draws a large number of visitors. I also like to view the fireworks from the Akatsuki Bridge.Corvette Kongou (built in Britain of course) played an active role in the First Sino-Japanese War.
