It's a SiG P226, as indicated by the barrel shape and the sighting on the top-rear.
Judging from the shape of the trigger guard, high, small hammer spur, full-length dust cover, and depth (over 2/3 of the way down, as opposed to not much over 1/2) of the cuts on the slide, that's an HK USP. Tagged as such.
