I think it's more Aya filming the carnage that is about to follow, as Cirno's plan for world domination (over frogs) is being thwarted.

I had to look really hard to see why there's a translation_request tag on this image. Now my eyes hurt from trying to read it.

I'm guessing Daiyousei (and maybe Wriggle) have just seen Suwako.

Why is Suwako just sitting there and not just join the fun?
