Are you sure that's Haruhi? The eyes & hair color are right, but the style is a bit off. And Haruhi's almost always wearing that hairband. I'd be more likely to guess that it's Misao from Lucky Star, but it's hard to tell with a "fapomatic" source. Any ideas on the authorship?

Unless the artist is very bad at drawing other's characters, there's no way this is Haruhi. I'm changing to tagme.

This looks like haruhi to me. Only haruhi can seem annoyed by how boring her own urination is.
