Camisole? Babydoll? Chemise? Girl clothes are hard.

Seems most like a camisole to me. Babydolls I see as being less functional as outerwear. And it's definitely not long enough to be a chemise. YMMV, IANAL (oops, I mean IANAWFE (Women's Fashion Expert)).
