I got Shimakaze 4 times doing shipbuilding (I was trying to get a submarine, but I can't really complain on getting a rare destroyer early)... :P

It actually hits twice as hard in this case, since he had complained about not getting any of the Aircraft Carriers as well in http://hijiribe.donmai.us/posts/1523142
