Satsuki's only connections with B-ko are that they're both rich and both have an outfit that powers them up. She isn't obsessed with Mako or revenge on Ryuuko. Quite the contrary, despite the initial impression we're given of her, she's far more noble than B-ko ever was.
Mako is a chatterbox like C-ko, but that's where the similiarities end, unless you count them both having short hair.
Ryuuko is part alien, but that's pretty much it for any similarities she has with A-ko.
