This looks like the girl from KanColle's twitter icon, but I have no idea what she's from. She doesn't look like anyone from the wiki's ship list either.

She has an outfit like Kaede from vanguard princess.

Rumour is that she's supposed to be Musashi. The second Yamato-class battleship that sunk in the Battle of Leyte Gulf.
