The sign in the background is random gibberish. Unless they meant to put something in Russian and botched it so badly they used letters from another alphabet.

It's actually a partly obscured "Scarlet" written out in Cyrillic characters. Not sure about the small bit visible between Marisa's forearm and shoulder.

Looks like someone was trying to hack Patchouli's servers in Russia for digital grimoires.

Looks like russian-english "СКАРЛЕТ КОМПАНИ", it's rather fancy but it may be that.

Actually, it is СКАРЛЕТ КОНСОРЦИУМА. Should be "СКАРЛЕТ КОНСОРЦИУМ" (Scarlet Consortium) though.
