I know, but "He is russian" made no sense in my opinion so I went with "You are russian" instead.
Plus as I said... my russian is rusty ^^

Since "Engrish" is just English with the "r" and "l" mixed up, making fun of the indistinction of r/l sounds in Japanese, then the obvious analogue would be:

Lushian.
