Bah, that's no miko. Even if you don't know it's Fuji-hime from Yamibou, you should be able to tell from her clothes. Miko's clothes are generally simple and functional, whereas hers are composed of as many layers as possible, with overly long sleeves, which is an unambigous sign of old-style nobility.
As a historical note, that style of clothing (originally inspired by Chinese imperial fashion) gradually faded out for some very down-to-earth reasons: fires, which were very frequent in the predominantly wooden architecture, took the highest toll amongst the nobility, who were unable to escape because of their extremely unwieldy and unpractical clothes.
