Considering that some of the translators contact Rakurakutei Ramen occasionally specifically to ask how to transliterate the names, I'd say there's a nearly certain chance that he does.

AFAIK I'm the only one who's done that, and I only did it once, and I didn't say why I was asking for the pronunciation. If he managed to guess I was using it to translate it into English... Well, that's quite a bit of insight he has.

It would be kinda fun for him to find out we exist through his poll vote numbers going wonky, I think. So long as he didn't mistake us for stealing his stuff and get angry like some artists, but I don't see that in Raku.
