That berzerker really took a small amount of his already small concentration in combat to specially cleave a psyker with the axe.

Yeah, especially since the bodies he is standing on are wearing chainmail and use shields. Sure, there's feudal worlds in 40k that do that, but this is much more likely a Warhammer Fantasy pic.
