I'm seeing that the guy's face would imply that he "do not want" the sex, is that really enough to imply rape with? Maybe. The only argument I have is where they are: indoors in a normal house, in the living room presumably. If this were in the woods, park, some alley etc, I would feel more obligated to tag 'rape', well whatever, that's just what I think.
