Tag what you see. Implied cunnilingus points towards the pose, not whether the characters are really doing it or not. This pic is sexually suggestive, i.e. they are clearly not doing it, but it looks like that.

Implied cunnilingus would be when it looks like they really are doing it, but you can't be 100% sure because it's not explicitly visible. But in this case it doesn't look like they're doing it at all.

Sexually suggestive, sure. But anyone who tags this with Implied cunnilingus doesn't know what a triangle choke is. That's just stupid.

Few years late, but I have removed that tag since the figure four locks the opponent's legs in pain and Marisa's legs are not locked in pain with Patchy's own legs applying the pressure.
