I've been there once and damn, that church sure is large.

That stray, unexplained spire at right is called Giotto's Campanile. Re-adding real_world_location.

that spire on the right is the bell tower of the Badia Fiorentina. It can be seen in this photo right next to the Cathedral: http://www.paradoxplace.com/Perspectives/Italian%20Images/images/Firenze/Firenze_Skylines/900/Florence-Duomo-Nov07-RAW4827AR900.jpg

Its position doesn't seem 100% accurate, so I guess it still doesn't qualify for the real_world_location tag. I really appreciate this artist for depicting Florence's landmarks anyway!
