Hmm...maybe it's because I've played games that featured Kappa mon-musu with the plate on their heads, that this neither surprises me or kill the fact that I think Nitori is one of the cutest amongst the Touhou cast. But I can understand how it would for those who isn't use to it.

Normally? No. While it is Meiling and she is awesome...sadly (or thankfully depending how you look at it), she's no kappa. However, that Meiling pic does make me chuckle. Either the embarrassed expression or the light emitting from the spot just makes me smile.
But back to what's important. Nitori. Kappa. Bald spot. And her not giving a damn about it or her eyebrows that might be saying "I dare you to laugh" Either way, I like this picture.
