I don't think its a fair standoff. Homura is holding the spear away from anything vital of hers, while Sakura can't do anything without getting a bullet.

Are you forgetting about Sayaka? Her blade is on top of Homu's head.
Either way, this seems more like a 2 on 1 than standoff. If anything, Homu can always just stop time.

And it's not like any of them can die from a bullet to the head.
