I believe he's referring to the Artist in General, a huge Stroll of Sadistic Proportions? Sure. But a Scumbag? I don't believe so, but the thing in spite of what the Artist intended, these are just pictures. I mean, do you remember all the comments people left on his picture of Chen being Grilled? That was just bad. Serious flak.
i have my personal likes of Touhou Characters, but I'd never go that far as to get ballistic with Commentary.
And what about Shimo/Depthbomb? That artist got their life threatened here, and someone posted a comment here of wanting to rape the Artist because of what they draw. I can't control it, but still, that's unbecoming of anyone who does that though, just throwing that out there.
