In any case; I've seen things even more hard-core here on danbooru. 2D or 3D girl though, this is actually pretty hot, though visually I think it works better as a 2D. Now accidentally or on purpose, as long as someone doesn't pull a 'Thomas Highway' like what happened in Heartbreak Ridge, I'm sure she'll be fine.
I swear, this looks less like body modification than it does the prelude to a very gruesome form of torture, as the victim's skin is ripped off from her flesh.
