The colours and shading are very, very slightly different. One is also slightly larger than the rest, and has a few additional highlights.

1) The nipples AND crotch need to be easily visible. The crotch is NOT easily visible.

2) That black spot is not even pubic hair, those are her panties. Strange panties I admit, but look at the picture in it's original size and even zoom in if you have to. Yea, sorry, not part of the human body there, unless she braided her pubic hairs or something.
