    Women have them as well you know, just usually not as prominent as men.

    Edit: Only problem with calling it male is the artist tends to draw her with a more masculine appearance, but still as a female or a futa.

    Still, even without the evidence of the Adam's apple, the facial structure is very male. That's actually what convinced me before I even saw the Adam's apple drawn to be prominent.
