Someone translate これが「既成事実」の構え. I'd say it means 'This is the "Established Fact" stance.'
I ended up throwing the line into Google Translate, and unlike many attempts to translate Japanese with it, it actually came out quite decent. Kisei jijitsu (既成事実) translates to "fait accompli", which in French means "accomplished fact", something already done and beyond alteration, which in my mind was quite appropriate here.
KILL KILL KILL*KISS*MIKASA!!!Y... Yeah...MIKASA!! CALM DOWN!!!WHA...THIS ISN'T THE? ANNI-This is the "Fait Accompli" stance.
