It doesn't fit the artists narrative that it's been a long time since Sakuya has had any screen time in the main series (i.e. not a spin-off). I think the artist included DS and FW only to show that Sakuya was starting to get more and more desperate.

Might be too soon to speak about HM until all the characters are revealed. I mean just the other day someone went "Miko'd never be in the game" then BAM! Miko confirmed for HM.

There are many reasons by now as to why that's just not plausible. And Miko is a bad example. She's absolutely no surprise and was expected by everyone but whoever wasn't keeping up, were outsmarting themselves, or just couldn't figure it out from basic knowledge of HM's gimmick and story. So far the only real surprise is Ichirin.

I don't know, Ichirin is part of the Myorenji crew. I think the real surprises are Nitori And Koishi.
