On that note I changed "earth" to "planet". "Moon" can be a generic term.

I'm pretty sure this is a direct reference to the very last scene of Foundation and Earth, where Daneel decides to adapt a Solarian child named Fallom as his successor on the moon of the long forgotten radioactive Earth.
