I'm not entirely sure on the king crab part, but nothing else made sense. It's 'shitaraba' but that doesn't mean anything according to any of the dictionaries I checked, but 'taraba' can mean red king crab and it certainly looks like it's made of some sort of meat. The remaining 'shi' could mean anything from it being dead, to it being farm-raised, to being a from a female, or, as I decided to go with; leg.
