    Whatever the title may translate to "Nostrils are Dai-chan"? Maybe (鼻の穴が大)ちゃん may be translated as "Big Nostrils-chan", making it an awful pun, this doujin definitely involves those beetles and poor Dai-chan's nose. Just look at linked pixiv page =_=
