I used to experience this pain on a regular basis as a kid. I could never form snowballs correctly while wearing gloves, so I'd always take them off, and once the snow started melting on my hands... at least it doesn't usually get below freezing where I live. Still hurts, though. It's okay, Kogasa-san, it'll go away in a bit.
