Huh… I Russian myself find it hard to translate this phrase adequately. But here is what that means. Far East (It reads “Dalniy Vostok”) is the region in the east of Russia. But there is also a city Vladivostok in Far East. So it is a word-play between “Vladivostok” and “Dalniy Vostok”.
