    農娜...超棒的.....上坂同志的俄文讓人印像深刻...何時錄製俄文歌專輯呢(?) 畫這兩張感覺像是真理高中的招生海報哩(笑) 接下來該畫些其他的玩意囉..

The meaning is "Team Pravda needs you!" (literal translation "Team Pravda is calling!"), it is done as per famous Soviet propaganda poster slogan.

This should be a bit more effective than a bearded dude with a top hat...

Not that one. "Bearded dude" (assuming you're talking about this ) was done in 1920, urging people to volunteer to Red Army. The poster StuG was talking about is Motherland is calling , was done in late June, 1941, right after Nazi invasion.

Edit: lol, sorry, misread "top hat", I guess you were talking about "I want you" U.S. poster.

Should this be tagged parody then, since it's mimicking that poster?

I'm not sure, only the caption is resembling the poster, her pose and background are different.

You know, I have seen that photo of the propaganda poster many times, but I just noticed the sheet of paper she is holding has legible words on it. Is it supposed to be some kind of recruitment form?

    It's a military oath, should've linked the full-sized poster
See notes in post #1383166, it has a translation.

School Team "Pravda" is calling!! Most likely a reference to the famous Soviet poster from the Second World War reading "Родина-мать зовёт!" (Loose translation from Russian: "The motherland is calling!")
