I can't remove the character_request tag as there is one single character I can't ID - the one at the back with the red_hair, blue_eyes, glasses and head_wings. She's not on the characters page on the official site and I haven't seen any cards that quite match.

The game simply calls her "Neff's Secretary"; an otherwise generic MG.
