Her hairstyle and color is quite a bit different, as is her taste in clothing and what she's got under the hood. And her personality is fairly different too (tendency to strike outward a bit too much when irate, as compared to a tendency to strike inward for Cloud).

All they really have in common is protagonist status, badassness, and general facial structure, which is sufficiently stylized anyway as not be that disquieting.

I like the part that she's sexy.
