It is. It has the tag 鬼符「青鬼赤鬼」 (Oni Sign "Blue Oni, Red Oni") in pixiv.

To be honest though, I don't think this goes to the Clever pool because lots of people had already made their own rendition, too. Just search for blue_oni red_oni and you'll find some.
