Parent to what ? There's no parent pic to this until the artist release his new book (my wild guess) including the pic or decide to publish on his HP or twitter.

Mmmh, I figured you meant that the uploader had found a cropped version of a full picture and uploaded it, not that the "original" is cropped. Nevermind then~
